Full Service – This package is helpful for the client who ONLY wants to sit back, relax and allow P3 to plan everything from beginning to end with your stamp of approval. Pricing begins at $4,000 * This package includes (but not limited to);

  • Two one-hour Professional In person Consultations with clients
  • One visit to Ceremony and Reception site prior to date
  • Unlimited access via email and phone
  • Preparing a budget with interactive software
  • Assistance with Design details
  • Research and Referrals for vendors
  • Preparing a wedding day timeline and checklist
  • Assistance with booking vendors and P3 will accompany client to two vendor meetings of your choice
  • Two weeks before wedding P3 will contact all vendors for confirmation of arrival and delivery times
  • Preparation of a detailed timeline to be given to Maid of Honor and groomsmen at rehearsal. (Why? So that the bride and groom can relax)
  • Attendance at the rehearsal for one hour as well as a meeting with client to go over any last-minute items, changes, or details for an additional hour
  • Coordination at rehearsal to assist officiant
  • Wedding day assistance with decoration, layout, setup, breakdown, and cleanup
  • Greeting all vendors and receiving any deliveries
  • Help wedding party to get into place and be prepared for recessional and processional alike
  • P3 will attend and oversee wedding day for 10 hours of onsite coordination and direction to ensure your wedding day is Picture Perfect.
  • P3 will create a Plan A, and B for your wedding day
  • P3 will provide you with a Wedding Planner guide (12- or 24-month guide) *

Week of Coordination– This is ideal for the client who has their own style and DIY sense but would like 24/7 assistance the week previous to event. I will also call all vendors/service providers four weeks before to create a detailed timeline. Pricing begins at $2,000 * package includes:

  • One hour Professional In person Consultations with clients

  • Assistance with Design details
  • Research and Referrals for vendors
  • Preparing a wedding day timeline and checklist
  • Four weeks before wedding P3 will contact all vendors for confirmation of arrival and delivery times
  • Preparation of a detailed timeline to be given to Maid of Honor and groomsmen at rehearsal. (Why? So that the bride and groom can relax)
  • Attendance at the rehearsal for 30 minutes as well as a meeting with client to go over any last-minute items, changes, or details
  • Coordination at rehearsal to assist officiant
  • Wedding day assistance with decoration, layout, setup, breakdown, and cleanup
  • Greeting all vendors and receiving any deliveries
  • Help wedding party to get into place and be prepared for recessional and processional alike
  • P3 will attend and oversee wedding day for 7 hours of onsite coordination and direction to ensure your wedding day is Picture Perfect. Addiotional time billed at $150 an hour for Day of the Wedding
  • P3 will provide you with a Wedding Planner guide (12- or 24-month guide) *

Day of Coordination– This is perfect for the client who has a DIY style but needs a little help for things to run smoothly the day of the event. Pricing begins at $1500 * package includes;

  • One visit to Ceremony and Reception site
  • Unlimited access via email and phone
  • Help with preparing a budget
  • Assistance with Design details
  • Research and Referrals for vendors
  • Preparing a wedding day timeline and checklist
  • Two weeks before wedding P3 will contact all vendors for confirmation of arrival and delivery times
  • Greeting all vendors and receiving any deliveries
  • Help wedding party to get into place and be prepared for recessional and processional alike
  • P3 will attend and oversee wedding day for 6 hours of onsite coordination and direction to ensure your wedding day is Picture Perfect.
  • P3 will provide you with a Wedding Planner guide (12- or 24-month guide) *

Day of Setup Fee – Do you find that you need help just getting things decorated and facilitated the day of your event? This is exactly what you need! Pricing is $300* per hour with a minimum of 3 hours, and additional time can be booked beforehand or billed afterwards. Package includes;

  • One hour of consultation
  • Unlimited access via email and phone
  • Three hours of assistance the day of your wedding (Depending on hours hired)

Birthday Parties/Baby Showers/Anniversaries AND MORE– P3 will come to any location and coordinate everything! Pricing begins at $600* for 3 hours.

  • Unlimited access via phone and email
  • Three hours of onsite setup, breakdown, and cleanup
  • Onsite assistance throughout party to ensure food stays warm, stocked, and help entertain the guests
  • Create a game or activity for guests to accompany the theme
  • Paper plates, cups, and silverware in matching colors to compliment party theme
  • One hour of face painting included
  • Access to any P3 rental items and no charge (Please note majority of rentals are decor items)
  • Assistance with food preparation (client purchases food and P3 will prepare it to follow party theme)
  • Gift for the birthday boy or girl
  • P3 will create decorations, help with design ideas and more!
