Event Planning packages;
All packages are custom made for you the client per your needs. Click on Planning Packages for more detailed information on all of the options below.
Full Service – This package is helpful for the client who ONLY wants to sit back , relax and allow P3 to plan everything from beginning to end with your stamp of approval. Pricing begins at $2400 *
Week of Coordination– This is ideal for the client who has their own style and DIY sense but would like 24/7 assistance the week previous to event. I will also call all vendors/service providers two weeks before to create a detailed timeline. Pricing begins at $1,200*
Day of Coordination– This is perfect for the client who has a DIY style but needs a little help for things to run smoothly the day of the event. Pricing begins at $900 *
Day of Setup Fee – Do you find that you need help just getting things decorated and facilitated the day of your event? This is exactly what you need! Pricing is $150* per hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
Birthday Parties– Birthday’s have a their own category why? Because birthday’s are amazing! All on their own. I can come to any location and coordinate everything! Pricing begins at $300* for 3 hours. Additional time is available
Face Painting Packages & Glitter Tattoos
Face Painting– available for Parties, Grand Openings, fundraising events , festivals and more. I am proud to say that we are the premier painters for the Pleasure Island Blues and Jazz Festival, Chowder Cookoff, and have been a part of raising money for major Non-for-Profits such as St. Baldrick’s, Love is Bald, Pretty in Pink, Pink Ribbon Project and much more! We arrive with all supplies needed, tent, table, chairs, and fully insured.
Hourly $70* an hour (Add additional $10 for each extra artist needed for event)
Half Hour $40 * for 30 minute (Add additional $10 for extra artist needed for the event)
Non Profit Packages $40* for an hour with two face painters. We place a donation jar on the table and give back 50% to the cause. Minimum of two hours booking and must have their non profit tax id number for our records
Photography Raw candid photography available for Weddings, Birthday parties, Anniversaries, Head shots, baby photos, maternity, 1st Birthday’s, Family photos, and much more!!!!
Hourly Photo Shoots $120* for 1-2 people, $140* for 3-4 people, $160* for 5-8 people All photos will be uploading to an online sharable gallery for you to download. Gallery will stay available for 1 month after it has been fully uploaded.
Head shot Session $75* All photos will be uploading to an online sharable gallery for you to download. Gallery will stay available for 1 month after it has been fully uploaded.
Weddings 7 hours $1,900* This package includes; A free 30 minute bridal or engagement shoot, Two photographers, client receives all photos taken uploaded to an online gallery within 3 weeks of wedding date, sneakpeek via facebook within 3 days, files with print release downloaded onto a CD or flashdrive, 10×10 photo album of your favorite 40 photos, 4×6 prints of the same 40 photos, as well as a consultation with photographer twice before date so that we can get to know each other better.
$150* per hour with a minimum of 3 hours for one photographer and $175* per hour for two photographers
*Travel fee for any and all packages outside of Wilmington NC depending on location. Price may also vary for any special requests.
Photo Booth Rental
Both Open Air and Enclosed offered at $150 an hour. This package includes setup, attendant on site, unlimited amount of pictures, for enclosed booth client will receive copy of all files onsite as well as a CD or flashdrive, for Open Air client will receive all digitals uploaded to an online gallery available for one month for download, Either strip photos or high quality 4×6 prints, and breakdown.
